Return & Exchange Policy for Online Store

If you wish to return a product purchased from the Online store, make sure it's in the same condition as when it was delivered, and that it includes the original tags and a copy of your invoice, and send it to our warehouse.

After examining the product, our representative will contact you and after conformation will issue a coupon code for the same amount to be used on your next purchase within 7 working days after we receive the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
